Summer Chromebook Information

Dear Studio School families,

 

We are excited to let you know that students in grades 3-11 will continue to keep their district-issued Chromebooks over the summer as long as they are attending a school in our district next year.

 

It is our hope that this resource will help students stay connected to learning resources over the summer and get next school year off to a strong start!

 

Here are some of the resources available to students this summer.

Important information

●  If you are moving or your child will not be attending a school in Adams 12 Five Star Schools in August, please ensure that your child returns their Chromebook to school before they leave for the summer.

●  If you need support over the summer with your student’s device, please submit a request through the Family Tech Support website.

●  If your student is moving to another school in the district, they can keep their device over the summer and bring it with them to their new school in the fall.

●  Graduating seniors need to return their devices.

●  As a reminder, here are the student commitment and expectations for device checkout.

Estamos contentos de dejarles saber que los estudiantes en los grados 3 al 11 pueden mantener sus Chromebooks del distrito durante el verano, siempre y cuando asistan a una escuela en nuestro distrito el próximo año.

 

¡Esperamos que este recurso ayude a los estudiantes a mantenerse conectados con los recursos de aprendizaje durante el verano y a tener un buen comienzo el próximo año escolar!

Información Importante

●  Si se muda o su hijo no asistirá a una escuela en Adams 12 Five Star Schools en agosto, asegúrese de que su hijo devuelva su Chromebook a la escuela antes de irse para el verano.

●  Si necesita apoyo a través del verano con el dispositivo de su hijo, favor de entregar una solicitud a través del sitio web para el apoyo técnico a la familia.

●  Si su hijo se mueve a otra escuela en el distrito, pueden mantener el dispositivo durante el verano y traerlo con ellos para el nuevo año escolar en el otoño.

●  Si elige no mantener el dispositivo durante el verano, por favor complete esta  excepción y entréguela a su escuela. Por favor tenga en cuenta: las familias son responsables de recoger su dispositivo antes de comenzar el año escolar.

●  Los estudiantes en el 12vo grado que se graduarán necesitan entregar su dispositivo.

●  Como recordatorio, aquí se encuentran el compromiso y las expectativas del estudiante para el préstamo del dispositivo.
