The Studio School Bond Projects
The Studio School will see a wide range of improvements through the 2024 bond, with between $3.9 million and $4.7 million in bond-funded improvements.
Inside the school, classrooms and common spaces will be refreshed with modern furnishings and updated finishes to create flexible, engaging environments. Building systems will be upgraded with new heating and cooling equipment, plus the addition of air conditioning in the school theater. These investments will boost comfort for students, staff and community members.
Safety enhancements include updated fire alarms, intercoms, classroom locks and door sensors. Connectivity will also be strengthened with upgraded Wi-Fi and network cabling, in addition to improved cell coverage throughout the building.
Outside the building, bond projects include updates to landscaping and repairs to playfields and parking areas. Skylights and exterior brickwork will also be repaired. In all, these projects ensure the Studio School remains a safe, modern and inspiring place to learn.

Bond Investment Areas at the Studio School
The 2024 bond is focused on improving and updating facilities across the district. All bond projects will benefit students, staff and the community by investing in our buildings and – by extension – investing in our community. These investments vary from paving and resurfacing projects to major interior and exterior overhauls to update school furnishings and finishes.
All schools are also receiving comprehensive IT upgrades through the 2024 bond. These upgrades will support faster network connections and support advanced classroom tools. IT projects will also boost school safety and security, with improved security cameras, exterior door sensors and updated safety systems.
